The Body Coach Foundation has officially opened its very first grant window — and it’s all about helping children and young people across the UK get moving, feel good, and thrive.
The new Get Kids Moving Fund will award grants ranging from £1,000 to £10,000 to organisations that are improving young people’s physical activity levels and wellbeing through movement. From community sports clubs to youth charities and grassroots groups, the fund aims to support the incredible work already happening in local communities.
💙 Why This Fund Matters
At The Body Coach Foundation, we believe every child deserves the chance to move more, build confidence, and enjoy a healthier, happier life. Movement isn’t just about fitness — it’s about mental wellbeing, resilience, connection, and joy.
Across the UK, countless organisations are already doing life-changing work with young people. This fund exists to help them reach even more children, especially those who may face barriers to accessing sport and physical activity.
If your organisation is helping young people get active, this is your moment to apply.
🚀 How to Apply
To help manage demand, the first stage is a short Expression of Interest form. It’s quick to complete and helps us identify organisations that best align with the fund’s goals.
If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to submit a full application in July.
🗓 Key Dates
Expression of Interest closes: 30 June
Shortlisted organisations contacted: July
Successful organisations announced: August
And if you know a charity, club, or community group that would benefit, please share this opportunity with them.
