Guildford-based charity ReSkilled is looking to appoint an additional trustee to join its board and help support its work with people who have experienced long-term unemployment.
Through its wood workshop programme, ReSkilled provides a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can develop practical skills, build confidence, improve social connections, and gain valuable experience that can help them move closer to employment.
The charity works with individuals facing a range of barriers to work and is committed to helping people take positive steps towards a brighter future.

ReSkilled is now seeking a new trustee who shares its passion for supporting people into employment and who would like to contribute their skills, experience, and encouragement to the organisation's ongoing development.
The trustee role offers a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful difference within the local community. Trustees meet online once each quarter, making the position accessible for those with existing professional or personal commitments.
Whether you have previous trustee experience or are considering your first board role, ReSkilled would welcome a conversation with individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting the charity's mission.
