South West Surrey Domestic Abuse Service (SWSDAS) is seeking two compassionate and dedicated Female Outreach Workers to support survivors of domestic abuse across Waverley and Guildford Boroughs. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide practical and emotional support, advocacy, and guidance that helps survivors rebuild confidence, improve their wellbeing, and stay safe.
Candidates will have experience supporting individuals affected by abuse, trauma, or other challenging circumstances, alongside excellent communication and listening skills.
SWSDAS is a Women's Aid National Quality Standard Accredited service and part of the Surrey Domestic Abuse Partnership, delivering high-quality support across the county.
