Attract and Retain Volunteers Training: A Successful Day of Learning and Collaboration

We were delighted to deliver our Attract and Retain Volunteers training session, bringing together representatives from a range of local organisations to explore practical ways to attract, engage and retain volunteers.

It was fantastic to welcome organisations including The Artventure Trust, Samaritans, Your Sanctuary, Cherry Trees UK, Citizens Advice South West Surrey, Interventions Alliance, Dads Matter Too and West Horsley Place.

The session provided an opportunity for attendees to share experiences, learn from one another and explore strategies to strengthen their volunteering programmes. We hope everyone found the training informative, engaging and useful in supporting their ongoing work with volunteers.

It was a pleasure to spend time with you all, and we would like to thank everyone who attended for their enthusiasm and contributions. We look forward to continuing to support local voluntary organisations and creating further opportunities to learn, connect and collaborate.
