Oakleaf Enterprise is looking for a compassionate and experienced Activity Leader to facilitate engaging wellbeing sessions for adults managing their mental health and wellbeing across the Waverley area. This self-employed role offers the opportunity to support people to build confidence, improve wellbeing and connect with others in a welcoming community environment.
This self-employed opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a respected local mental health charity and make a real difference in people’s lives through supportive group activities.
Oakleaf is particularly interested in hearing from people with experience delivering:
Art and creative wellbeing activities
Mental health and emotional wellbeing support
Exercise and movement sessions (excluding yoga)
Healthy lifestyle and wellbeing activities
Confidence-building programmes
Mindfulness and relaxation activities
Social connection and community engagement sessions
Stress management and emotional resilience workshops
Sessions are designed to help participants build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop new skills and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment. Activities are typically delivered once a week in course blocks ranging from 4 to 12 weeks.
