Where do we operate?
Due to service changes, Voluntary Action South West Surrey's Social Prescribing Service now works solely in West of Waverley Primary Care Network; Guildford Probation Office for our Social Prescribing in Probation Project; and the Royal Surrey County Hospital for our Social Prescribing in A&E Pilot.
For information on the social prescribing provision in neighbouring Primary Care Networks, please contact the GP surgery directly. For information on how our RSCH pilot and Probation Poject works, please go to the bottom of this page.
