Where do we operate?
The Guildford and Waverley Social Prescribing Service works in three Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
The three PCNs incorporate a total of fifteen GP practices. The service serves a population of just over 150,000, and covers diverse areas including Guildford, Cranleigh, Godalming and Haslemere.
